The worst service I have had in the last period, except the reception. This hotel has the services of a 3 * hotel in comparing other 5 * hotels over the world
- They only know English in the reception area and maybe 2 waiters.
- in the suite 800 / night I had to ask every second day to refill my water and coffee, doesn’t matter how many times I have asked they ignored us and nobody came
- a tile replaced in the bathroom replaced with silicone
- on the "private beach" - as they present it, we were told that if we have a suite (junior suite), we are entitled to 1.-2. line by the sea…. They always gave us the last line of sunbeds that we didn't have a reservation in advance, even if they were empty whole day. Beach about 10 minutes from the resort, without service and without drinks…. Pure disaster.
- By the pool, the waiter service was only when he happened to walk around or unless you broke your arm by waving at him.
- after 3 days we stopped going to the main restaurant and found restaurants in near area (Lucky us, we had a car) … instead of desserts we got the bill
- we had a dog with us, they present themselves as a PET friendly hotel :), but upon arrival they told us that apart from the room he can hardly go anywhere.
- cleaning was okay
If you are used to the higher quality services you must look elsewhere
The suite supposed to have 65m2. But also with a front garden about :) the room had a maximum of 35m and outdoor seating 8m…
