This apart-hotel is a good central option. It is not fancy and being there for five nights missed having an armchair to sit in. However it lived up to my expectations and the location is great, a short walk to the centre, and about 25 minutes pleas to walk to Medienhafen. The kitchenette had most things, although takeaway was more likely. Staff were helpful.

It's in a good location but that's about it. The photos can't capture the reality of this place, which is as follows: - No circulation throughout the entire building - Shower was clogged - internet BARELY works which makes it useless - Housekeepers were very rude I don't recommend staying here

A great location for the old town and classy shopping district. Very efficient ‘light touch’ check in and check out. Functional rooms with everything you need and very spacious too. Would prefer a more comfortable mattress but otherwise all good.

The hotel is in an excellent downtown location, The check-in was extremely lengthy and cumbersome due to IT problems. (it took over 15 minutes on my phone to remotely get a entry code From a remote helpdesk) In the morning, the staff was very friendly and forthcoming, Explaining that they are having issues with a buggy system… The rooms are a bit on the basic side, (Mattress and pillow are uncomfortable and need replacing but otherwise immaculately clean and practical. The staff On site is professional and made up for the deficits. Recommendable.
