The water was not draining in the bathtub. Taking shower was tough. I accidentally stepped on cockroach in the bathroom, that is when I realized the condition of the hotel. I reported both the issues. The lady in the front was nice and took a note to see how they can be addressed. But, when I came back in the night, the guy in the front desk did not have proper customer service attitude. He was like: yeah, we sprayed for the bugs; I do not know anything about the bath tub drain. He did not even apologize or offer to look in to it. The lady in the morning asked me if I would be okay to move to a different/better room on a different floor and I said I was okay. When I asked the guy in the evening about it, he did not even look in to it and said he sees that I am in the same room for that night and to checkout in the morning. Sooo rude. Choice of breakfast wasn't so good either for someone that is a pure vegetarian. I also saw another customer complain about water not draining in the bathroom sink. The price they charge is too much for the quality of the property, it looked like a $50/night type of hotel.
