Would not stay here again. We landed in Miami and received a mail our booking was cancelled. Arriving in the hotel we were told it was cancelled because they could not take the deposit as I don’t have a US credit card. Although no deposit was requested to book. Additionally it was cancelled because their policy does not allow to foreign numbers so they could not reach me.
We also requested a crib before but it was not possible to book. So requested it upon arrival but took over an hour to be delivered. Not great with a jet lagged baby.
As water from the tap is not drinkable we requested new bottles of water the second night, but we were informed we only get 2 bottles per stay and have to buy additional ones from the restaurant. Something I cant comprehend.
Rooms are dated, especially the batch room. There’s a noisy airco in the room that can’t be switched off.
At check in they had one trainee, causing quite a queue as he had to verify most quieres with someone sitting in the back.
The staff is not to blame here as they did their best but the hotel management should revise their level of service
