When I checked into the accommodation, the place was clean and in good condition, and the staff were friendly. However, on the night of my stay, a hurricane caused a power outage throughout the property, which lasted for several days. Due to the inconvenience caused by the outage, I contacted the manager and requested a refund for the unused portion of my stay, while agreeing to pay for the days I had already used. The manager agreed to my request and processed the refund.
However, out of the three accommodations I had booked, I only received a refund for one, and for the remaining two, I have not been able to receive any refund as the manager has been unreachable for about a month.
