I'm a wheelchair user, and when I got there, I park right in front of the front desk office, then I call them to ask for help. The person answered that they wheren't obligated to give help and that she wouldn't leave the front desk office. Then I started looking and asking for help to other guests, until some different guests help me in different stages of me, getting of the car until I get on the room... To them I'm very gratefull.
The next morning, the personel was a lot more friendly, and helpfull, so checking out was easy, but not enough to make forget the bad moments of the check-in.
