Would not recommend, upon arrival we went to room to check on toiletries etc , the body wash was empty and conditioner almost empty , bathroom door squeaked really bad , I’m a light sleeper and I knew if my husband got up in middle of night it would wake not only me but the people in the next room. So I called front desk and ask for WD-40 , and body wash & conditioner . He told me they didn’t have WD-40, but I could come get the other items. Pretty sure that’s not my job. So we went down to speak to him and he ask me 2 wait 2 min , so he then proceeds to hand me the body wash & conditioner, says he will be right back . He reappears with a can of WD-40, and says he would go up to our room and spray the door hinges . Then comes back down and sprays the patio door which another guest had obviously complained of it squeaking. So I had to take the toiletries up and put them in holders , again not my job . Not great customer service or hospitality. Later find the water pressure totally sucks . And the beds need new mattresses , did not sleep , hurt my back and felt like hell the next day. They told us they had a shuttle to Truist park for $5 , which is only partly true ! It’s $40 per person round trip , which I gathered after asking more questions. But no one offered that info . Over all would nor ever stay there again and I find it a total rip off they charge you $10 per day to park , was told they just started it in December 2024 and it was due to ball games ! Try anothe
