This was my first time staying at this hotel or any Country Inn and I really enjoyed my stay overall and would stay at this brand again!
At Check in, the young man was friendly, quick, and efficient, and I loved the soft baked cookies and lemonade for guests! The lobby area looks great with the renovations and was cozy.
I had room 222, a king suite with a separate living area, Fireplace, jetted tub, and 1.5 bathrooms! My suite was fantastic besides one issue. In the evening, when I went outside to get something from the car, when I returned, there was a roach that was moving across the floor, I tried to chase it, but it crawled under the jetted tub, so I covered the opening with a towel. That was gross...
I loved the warm fireplace with real flames, it was so cozy and comfortable. The TV's were large, the bed was extremely comfortable, and my room was quiet despite being next to elevator. No road noise either.
The jetted tub filled quickly but the jets were quite weak and didn't work that well.
Breakfast was just okay, liked the lemonade juice option, only meat was "sausage gravy" but eggs were fine. Options were somewhat limited and breakfast area was a bit small but I found a spot.
Overall, I loved my suite, minus the bug issue, it was otherwise clean, comfortable, fireplace was great, and I would stay again! I didn't mention the bug at checkout as others were near the front desk.
Ate at My Taste of India nearby and the food was excellent!
