Had an issue with the booking and didnt realize The app had booked me for The week before I actually needed the trip to be. Did not realize the issue and trying to talk to Hotels.com and also the management of the property, they refuse to accommodate or refund the mistake, therefore i wound up going through my bank to refund it. I know this place was not busy to begin with from the last time I was there, so there’s no reason why they couldn’t change the booking being that the hotel wouldn’t have lost any profit, Although the last time I stayed there, it was not an Impressive booking in general. The room was not exactly the cleanest and they were in the middle of “”remodeling”. This is a no-go for me. I go ti wv often, but refuse to book this place again.
