My recent stay was nothing short of a nightmare. While the initial check-in process was smooth, my experience took a horrifying turn when I discovered bed bugs in my room.
After waking up with itchy, red welts, I inspected the bed and found unmistakable signs of an infestation—tiny black spots and even a few live bugs. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk, but the staff seemed indifferent and only offered to switch me to another room without an apology or assurance that the problem would be addressed.
The lack of cleanliness and poor customer service completely ruined my stay. I ended up leaving early, unable to trust that any other room in the hotel would be safe. I also spent days worrying about bringing bed bugs home with me.
This was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, and I urge management to take this issue seriously and ensure proper pest control measures are implemented.
