The hotel itself was fine, but many of the staff seem disengaged, and while they weren't rude, that clearly didn't enjoy interacting with customers. As far as I could tell, only one restaurant, the cafe, and the lobby bar were operating, with three resturaunts and the convenience shop shutters behind gates. On Sunday night, the lobby bar wasn't even open, and the resturaunt and cafe closed at 9PM. When I discussed my dissatisfaction with the front desk in the morning that they were charging full price for Sunday when everyrhing was shut down, they said they couldn't offer me any credit for that night because I booked through Hotels.com. Ultimately, if you just need a place to sleep in downtown Shreveport for a few nights, it's clean, but too expensive for what you get.
