My husband was recovering from nosesurgery when we were there. The woman at the front desk (Swan Chu on her name tag) told us we could check in early but when we arrived and it became apparent that I forgot to include my child when I made the reservation (because originally we were not planning to take her but childcare fell through), the woman accused me of being intentionally lying even though I was standing there WITH her and she actually called me a liar. When I told her she was being rude, she said she would not allow us to stay there and would not refund our money or allow us to speak to any manager but her.
Because my husband was literally bleeding out of his nose and other hotels were full, I swallowed my pride and begged her forgiveness for calling her rude (even though she was in fact the rudest hotel employee I have EVER come across). After begging her to let us into our room for 10 minutes, she deigned to allow us in (but only after many apologies from me).
I have never left anything but good reviews on this or any site. I stay at hotels a lot and you may notice have never written a bad review but this was hands down the WORST service I have ever had.
It did not end there: The TV in our room didn't work, the carpet was soaked with water that leaked from the AC, there was only a single outlet between the two beds. I was too afraid to complain to the desk about flooding for fear of being thrown out by this horrible woman.
