Came here for a family staycation. Unfortunately things were bad from start to end.
During checkin, I parked at the hotel and walked to the empty lobby with instructions for self checkin, which I did. After spending about 5 min doing so, I went up to a reception with staff. However, the staff there were preoccupied with something else, so I waited for a few min to be served. When I was, no apology for the wait, no smile, just a matter of fact "I need everyone's IDs" even though I already self checked in.
Once in the room, the disappointment continued. It was small, though advertised to sleep 4. Technically that's possible with the pull out sofa bed, but there was no space for walking. The room also made little sense. The wooden door from the bedroom to bathroom was blocked by the nightstand so was purely decorative. There were no power sockets near the nespresso machine/hot water dispenser so I had to move it nearer the desk where the sockets are. There are generally very few sockets (I later discovered a hidden socket on the nightstand with a broken piece of wood). The sealed complimentary bottled water says sparkling but is actually flat. There are no cutlery provided at
