I stayed at this hotel for five nights, and unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing.
At checkout, there were unresolved issues regarding incorrect charges and missing invoice details. Although the staff member assured me these would be addressed after checkout, no follow-up was ever provided. I sent a follow-up email, but received no response. When I later called the hotel to follow up, the staff I spoke with was neither helpful nor courteous. The entire process felt unprofessional and irresponsible.
Another frustrating incident occurred while waiting to check out. Even though I had arrived first, three other guests who came after me were assisted before me. To make things worse, it wasn’t even the same staff member — yet none of them respected the order in which guests were waiting. This showed a lack of basic courtesy and respect.
During my stay, there was also a day when, after the room was cleaned, no bottled water was provided — a basic amenity that should not be overlooked in a hotel of this level.
Overall, my experience was terrible. The staff I encountered consistently showed a lack of responsibility and professionalism. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience
