I asked them to change my booking with one day (litteraly postponing it for one day: arrival one day later, departure one day later). They said hotels.com should "allow them" to do so, when calling hotels.com, they said they could not reach the hotel and that the hotel had 72 hours to react, which was too late... Anyway the hotel was not willing to do anything and prefers to keep the money of one night instead of providing a small service to its customers. Terrible short-sighted attitude. If you go, make sure you do not have to ask them anything, because the do not know the word "customer service".
