There was a large group of people in the hotel and the children were noisy all night long. In turn, this woke me up on multiple occasions, until I decided to get up at 3:30 AM. I was taking an overnight test for the Mayo Clinic and the noise level disrupted the success of this test. When I asked the front desk why they didn't get it under control; she claimed they were giving her prank calls at the front desk. Literal translation, I couldn't get upstairs, walk the floors and admonish those who were unruly and loud. As a result, I asked to be refunded for the last couple of nights and moved to a different hotel. There were also bugs in the room, no room service. It was an awful experience.
