I’m writing to express my concerns about my recent stay at your hotel. It appears that the property is being converted into a homeless shelter, and as a result, it’s not being properly maintained.
During my stay, I encountered numerous issues. The first room I was assigned had a very unpleasant smell, so I was moved to another room. However, the second room had inadequate lighting, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. I had to manually lift the lid and flush it myself. Additionally, the water was turned off for an entire day, and when it was restored, sand came out of the faucets.
To make matters worse, the refrigerator in the room broke down and leaked, ruining all of my food. While I would have moved to another hotel, all the other hotels in town were fully booked. On a positive note, the customer service was polite and helpful, but I am still waiting for my credit to be processed.
I would appreciate your prompt attention to these issues and hope to receive the credit as soon as possible.
