My wife, brother and I had thankfully got two rooms at this hotel. I say thankfull because my wife promptly woke me up just before three a.m. to let me know she was bitten by a bed bug and had it sitting on the bathroom counter in a tissue. After a further check, she had other little small bits on her, as well as the big one, and the bug was indeed a bed bug in the tissue. We then began the process of trying to bag and decontaminate what we could to get back into the car. We then spoke with the night staff who informed us he was unable to give a refund and would have to wait for the manager in the morning to do so; he also said they'd call us back. All though it does look like they refund myself, they did not refund my brother's room. I then called to speak with the manager and was informed that he could not refund my brother's room because they only had the complaint about our room. And that my brother's room was good. I was also informed that they check the room and cleaned it already. After trying to reason with the manager that there is no way they "cleaned" the room already; and, that my brother should also get a refund because we had to leave due to a health concern at his hotel, I gave up. I highly doubt they know how to handle this bed bug issue, or clean properly. We noticed before we left that there were cups and socks under the bed, the blood staining on the ceiling, and the twenty mattress near the dumpster. Please see other reviews here and on Google.
