First off, I was ignored because the employee was talking on an obviously personal phone call. Had to yell out and interrupt the personal phone call after waiting a few minutes. No apologies, no smile, unfriendly.
It smelled like smoke in the "lobby". The hallways didn't smell good, in fact I just wanted to find a window to open for fresh air. Everything looked dingy. The room looked happy as well and dirty. The kitchen drawers were disgusting and kitchen had nothing in it, u had to go back down to the front desk to request any dishes, utensils, glasses or anything. Which meant multiple trips for items that u may have forgotten to ask for. Not the way I want to spend my night after hours of traveling.
I didn't stay another night, I would have left that night if I wasn't so tired.
I rarely ever leave a property after being there for 30 mins but this one I could not stay at.
They need to clean up the place and spray air freshener and treat customers like they're are somewhat important, not like you're bothering them because you're checking in.
