Furniture taken out of room and not replaced while still there, relocated to another room that had guests already in there, no locks on first floor exterior windows, garbage only emptied three times on a 7 day stay, the view outside the exterior window was a lawn and a lot of garbage all around the wi how, desk lamp was on floor when checking because no night stand and when I commented, was told would be rectified. Instead, came back to room, other table was taken out, and they left both lamps and phone on the floor. Several towels appeared to have what looked like fecal stains on them. Blanket and sheets gad cigarette burns/holes. Credit card was billed for full amount at check in, even though I said will pay cash. Next day was billed an additional amount of $698.75. When checking out, paid cash, and desk manager gave me a credit card receipt for the charge. Would not issue credit. When I said I would call police, he cancelled the charge and showed me a bill stating amount due and again told me not to worry. Would not return cash or credit account until I picked up my phone and stated I am contacting the police. This was my second and last stay there.
