Tried to give them a chance to respond, prior to this review. Sent email to account listed on their website, no response. Tried to follow up by phone, but no one answers. So here is the email that I sent:
I believe this is the 3rd time we have visited your location.
All pervious visits have been satisfactory.
This visit the cleanliness was a major disappointment.
Not sure what systems you have in place to avoid situations like this, but suggest you do something (random spot checking, weekly full inspections, etc.), or this will be our last time visiting your location.
Room 137, Friday and Saturday night. 11-1-24 to 11-2-24.
