A very mixed bag.
The good?
Good location if you are getting an early Ferry/Eurotunnel at Folkestone (~25 mins drive)
Great (outdoor) parking options, with plenty of "real" spaces (for touring cars, etc.)
The bad?
Our bed/mattress was terrible.
It was not "flat"
It had "peaks and troughs" (like a toblerone).
It felt like we were sleeping on a series carpark speedbumps.
You would continual "roll" left or right.
We rang reception, asked for any other rooms.
None were available.
There was a wedding happening.
We asked for another mattress.
none were available.
We asked for some additional duvets and blankets and ended up sleeping on the floor.
We didn't sleep much at all.
We tried to take off the mattress protector, which seemed to be the problem, but it was very gross, so we gave up.
I raised it with the manager the following morning. I think he is probably still in shock.
I would have asked for a refund, but was sleep deprived.

My advise to the Management Team.
Please undertake a full audit of your mattresses and your mattress protectors.
Overall room was very tired (just like us the following morning, zing!)
Maybe we were just very unlucky.
But it would take a lot. A lot, for us to book with this hotel again.
