The Blonde lady at the front desk is rude.
Rude front desk middle aged blonde woman with bad attitude. Terrible service from her. But everyone else I dealt with was really nice. She is a problem and will cost you business. You absolutely never accuse a guest of theft unless you have PROOF AND EVEN THEN YOU NEED TO CONTACT THE MANAGER TO ENSURE COMPANY POLICY IS FOLLOWED. NEVER EVER IS IT ACCEPTABLE TO YELL AND ACCOST A GUEST (ESPECIALLY IN THE LOBBY OF THE HOTEL AND IN FRONT OF OTHER GUESTS. ) I am absolutely appalled by this and I would have said something at check out but would anything really be done about the blonde lady?( who is the face of your company when behind that desk.) that kind of behavior needs to be put in check or it will tank your profits and ruin all the hard work of other to uphold the brand standard of comfort suites .
Comfort, Safety, and accommodations are of upmost importance to the hospitality industry. You guess missed all three marks this day. But it’s fixable! Strive to fix a couple problems a day. Be a problem solver not a problem maker.
