I recently stayed at the Hard Rock hotel and unfortunately, I cannot say that I am satisfied with the experience. One of my biggest disappointments was the fact that the pool area is closed at 8:00 pm, which meant that we were unable to appreciate the signature guitar-shaped building at night.
To add insult to injury, the manager suggested that we go to the parking lot to see the building at night. This was very disappointing and quite frankly, unacceptable. I came to the hotel looking forward to a unique experience, but unfortunately, this aspect fell short.
I suggest that the hotel management reconsider their policy of closing the pool area so early as it limits the potential of guests to fully enjoy their stay and truly appreciate the unique features of the property. Overall, my stay was not what I had hoped for and this experience left me feeling disappointed and let down.
