We left immediately.
Getting to the hotel, the parking was pretty difficult to navigate. Once we got into the lobby there were about 10 people, maybe 5 groups, lined up for the front desk. There were two employees, one of which was kind and the other seemed to be annoyed at guests checking in. The process from walking in to even speaking to an employee at the desk was at least 30 minutes. When we finally got to the room, it was pretty bad, absolutely nothing like the promotional photos online. The walls were cracked, tub stained, and overall grimy. The sliding door was unlocked when we got in there and when trying to lock it, we realized the whole lock was busted. The toilet couldn’t flush and when we opened the tank there wasn’t even water in it. And the curtains had wholes and rips up the whole thing. The pool and hot tub were fine, nothing too great but also nothing noticeably bad either. Overall the environment of the room and hotel as a whole felt dirty and blatantly gross. We booked another hotel down the road and left. The hotel we moved to was only $50 more and by far so so much better.
