Hello everyone, first of all we liked overall the hotel very much. The location was great, the rooms were comfortable, the restaurant was amazing and we had such a lovely time until my last morning. I was about to check out at the lobby and I was given my invoice as I couldn’t read very close up. I turned on the light of my iPhone and I was looking at my invoice When the lady at the reception called Giulia Antonini turn to me and with a very high tone voice said are you taking a video ma’am really almost yelling in the presence of other guests who were also checking out. I said no I’m just looking at my invoice and she said to me again in a very disrespectful manner you can’t take videos here, and I was trying to explain her that I wasn’t taking videos. The conversation turned into an argument and then my friend came downstairs who was also staying at your hotel and I tried to explain her what happened so she was curious and asked the same person why it was forbidden to take a video although I wasn’t taking a video the same person started yelling at her as well also turning to her friends in the reception and laughing on our face and behind us and she was so comfortable to tell us when we wanted to talk to the manager do whatever you want. It was a very upsetting incident that happened unfortunately, when we were leaving the hotel in a very satisfied way, I wish it didn’t happen and your receptionist knew how to treat their guest in a more respectful way.
