Second, when I called requesting clean towels and toilet paper, this request was denied in a rude and unhelpful manner. The man angrily told me that I should have requested this on the first day of my arrival, June 30 (our departure was July 4), four days in total. But how did they expect me to know how long two rolls of toilet paper would last and when my towels were due to be changed?
The way I was treated offended me, and I even felt humiliated by the situation, as this is a basic matter of politeness and customer service.
