I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally complain about my recent hotel stay booked through your platform, which was incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable.
Upon arrival, we were given room 911, which had a strong smell of smoke that made it unbearable to stay in. After bringing this to the staff's attention, we were moved to another room. However, this second room was also unacceptable; there was hair on the beds, hair in the bathroom, and unsightly stains throughout the room. Additionally, there was no dish soap provided, which added to our frustration.
After driving for over seven hours, we were exhausted and looking forward to a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, this experience was far from what we anticipated, and it significantly impacted our trip.
Given these circumstances, I kindly request a full refund for our stay. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.
