Came with the family . Left, and come back the room was not clean. Nobody checked on us, towels were not prepared. No breakfast all we had was bags during this pandemic we needed food inside to avoid getting Covid-19 through outside. Overall the whole hotel as a whole was a no, worst experience ever.
The room was "sealed" due to them cleaning but there was candy in rhe ottoman and hair in the shower. There were also stains on the carpet. However there was a lot of space in the room.
Not so good. Had to change rooms three times : air didn’t work, fridge didn’t work, roach was crawling out, sheet was dirty. Used to stay there for business trips, very disappointed and will not go back.

The A/C did not work in our room. There were no additional rooms to move us to, we we had a sleepless night trying to evacuate from Hurricane Laura, and was worst off coming to this hotel.
The hotel seemed to be a nice hotel, however the room we stayed in had a malfunctioning AC unit which leaked condensation. This resulted in a poorly ventilated room and a very humid environment. Our bath linens wouldn't even dry it was so damp in the room. Our belongings were left damp, too. The humidity made it difficult to sleep, and the wet floor was just the icing on top.
The hotel room had a mildew smell. I was not aware the the hotel was pet friendly or else I would not have booked there. We had a dog next to our room that was howling extremely loud. We were able to switch rooms, which was a good thing. The service was okay. I expected more being a Hilton Property. I do not recommend and would not stay there again.
Hardly anyone here but understandable during COVID-19. First room we were given had AC leaking water all over carpet and tried to call front desk but telephone didn’t work either. Went to front desk and they gave us a second room. Second room had food and open bottle of wine in refrigerator and it stunk because of that. Supposed to be sanitized. Very poor job. They provided a simple almost insincere apology. I cancelled room I had for return trip. I don’t recommend due to very poor customer service. It doesn’t cost anything to treat people well.I’m done with this line of hotels. You’ve lost a busy traveler for life. Teach your people how to AT LEAST check the rooms and provide decent customer service. I’m actually helping you by telling you this. Good luck.
First off we paid EXTRA money for hot breakfast no one notified us until AFTER that due to COVID there is no hot breakfast that would’ve been nice to know. Secondly the elevator was broken and had water all over the floor with no wet floor sign out , the lady who checked us in was very rude this was my first time visiting Jackson and the hotel experience was TRASH!
