The property was clean with a convenient location.
Howevrr, upon checking into my room, the televiision would not work, the refidgerator was broken, in order to flush the toilet you had to hold the handle down
The next morning, the alarm clock did not work & I almost missed the event I was there to attend in the first place!
I went to the front fesk to speak with the clerk on duty who was on the phone for 20 mins & woild not put them on hold to assist me! Howevrr, he was shopping on line on Temu!!
When I checked oit on March 4th, I asked for the manager who wss not on the premises.
I asked that she give me a call
Today is March 6th and I have urt to recv a call. I called the hotel @ 4pm, she was gone for the day. She does not come in tomorrow until 10am, I was told she is vrry busy!!! SO AM I!
I travel a great deal. I called corporate, they gave me a voucher which I have not yet received
I do not feel this os enough for my inconveniences & plan to call my credit card company to assist with this!
I was there to attend a culinary competition with my Grandson who I have raised for 15 yrs. We planned this trip for months & I should have stayed at the Marriott with his group from high school, I am certain I would have had a better experience!!
