Overall decent stay. As the hotel is going through renovations (which I was aware of, they did a great job of noting ahead of my stay) the lobby area and elevators are not in the best asthetic state currently. My room was clean, newly renovated, and comfortable.

The place is undergoing some major interior renovations while remaining open for business right now so don't expect too much, but my room was just fine, fully upgraded, clean, tidy with all the latest mod cons and they put me on the 7th floor away from all the construction noise. They’re doing a lot of construction, which I understand, the staff was not very friendly when I asked about getting a disabled veterans discount. She said we had already received a discount and that all it explanation she gave also the beds were not very good. The mattress kept sliding!!! we were gone all day to citadel and no one checked our room for trash or towels!
