When I arrived at the reception it was closed and there was a telephone number to call and in a few minutes a man opened the door and showed me to my room.
The bedroom is nice, very comfortable and the bathroom is wheelchair accessible, so the washbasin is lower than usual.
The only problem I had with the bathroom was that the water from the shower did not drain away and the drain was blocked. The shower is not decent, it does not have good pressure to take a shower.
The room was a bit dusty and I confess I was not sure if the duvet had been changed.
The hostel has a very cosy and well-equipped communal kitchen.
It's a nice place and it's located around the University of Limerick and there's a nice place to walk and do some sport.
The advert says that you can use the swimming pool, but in the hotel room there are instructions on how to check prices, and during the placement no one knew how to tell me. This was frustrating. I would like to ask the team to correct the advertisement and have clearer and more transparent communication with potential clients.
