I booked thru Hotels.com, a two- queen bed suite, however they gave me a suite with a king and a pull out couch.. That was frustrating, they didn't have one to switch and told me since I booked thru 3rd party, I should have called the hotel directly once i made the original reservation.... HUH?? SO, not sure if I should blame Hotels.com or Embassy Suites.. but either way, I did not sleep well on a fold out for 3 nights.. Perhaps Hotels.com can give me a credit on my account? I prefer using Hotels.com, but hate that I then need to call hotel to "make sure" what I reserve, is actually reserved???
