TV remote did not work and neither did the replacement No TV? C'mon and why did they not insist on masks being worn? should be renamed Red Roof COVIDinn
Loud music all night. Not clean. Very questionable people hanging outside.
Many people/families stay here for long time. Noisy, doors slamming all hours of the night, difficult to sleep unless you can sleep through it all. All seem nice just noisy
There was a horrible smoke smell in the hallways even though they have a non-smoking policy. But the rooms did not smell like smoke which was surprising. The rooms were pretty clean but we did have small stains on the towels and sheets. The rooms are mostly remodeled and look very nice. If we are in the area again we would stay again. The best part had to be how friendly and welcoming the front desk people were!
Rooms where disgusting and clientele very rough, drug deals going on in parking lot, drinking...was a scary place
Upon check-in the clerk although friendly was slovenly kept and had offensive body odor. I checked in about 1:37am Thursday 8/27. Obviously tired, so I didn’t Take the time to really check the room. The floors were dirty with food debris, no bath towels only the med size face cloths and a mat so I had to run out and buy towels for my stay.(I mentioned this to the daytime clerk). I also mentioned to her about the dirt and she said she could loan me a swifter to you clean up a little. There was what appeared to be fecal matter smeared on the restroom wall next to the toilet, which I cleaned. The only thing decent about my stay here was that it is in close proximity to my son and his family and the cost. Aside from that, cleanliness definitely needs attention. In all fairness I believe a refund of at least one night is not an unreasonable request due to the condition of the room upon arrival. If you expect your guests to be happy and enjoy a good or at least somewhat decent experience with your hotel, at least make it a point to clean the rooms they are paying to rest in.
Great value , clean rooms and bathroom , looks like it was recently updated.
Front desk clerk was cordial & helpful. Facility in not really a "motel". It is a refuge for homeless, displaced individuals & families.
The room was very clean and I liked the fact that they have a strict No Smoking Policy but all the smokers sit right by the doors. The water pressure was poor and both days we had no hot water only luke warm. The shower head didn't work properly and even the tub drain was broken. Don't get a room right by the exit doors cause it slams all night long. Clean & comfortable
When we first arrived to our room it was dirty. Food and soda bottles were still in the room from previous guest. They switched our room for us. The next room smelled musty and wasnt cleaned properly. It was raining the night we stayed and rain water started coming in through the bottom of door. All around it was a bad night. The lady at the front desk was nice and she apologized. She said she would try to refund us our stay but we never received it.
