Subject: Request for Compensation – Room Cleaning Issue
Dear Mrs as Hotel Manager,
I hope this message finds you well. We recently stayed at Maison St. Charles from july 2nd to july 8th 2025 at room #219 and while we enjoyed some aspects of our visit ( situation and welcome, breakfast ) , we were very disappointed that our room was not cleaned on 5 out of the 6 days of our stay. Bed, sheets change, bathroom sink and shower, ground never been cleaned
We were obliged to request 3 times at the front desk some new towels realizing ,when coming back from our visits the room was not cleaned up. Also obliged to request at the front desk the day before check out a toilett brush to clean our toilets by ourself.
This situation is not normal and very frustrating.
Given this inconvenience, we would kindly like to request a goodwill gesture or some form of compensation for the lack of housekeeping services during our stay.
