The area around the hotel can be quite noisy. We were woken up more than once by sirens or someone out in the street screaming.
One of the mattresses in our room clearly hadn't been getting rotated on a regular basis, it slipped toward the side next the middle bedside table, (because everyone would be sleeping on that side). Left me with a kink in my back a few nights. We also had an issue the bathroom tap giving very hot water even when set to cold. It would take a long time to get the cold water out of that tap. Otherwise, property is alright, close to many amenities breakfast was great, (at extra cost), and transportation is easy to access. My only other complaint would be against Expedia, who quoted us in USD but wasn't quite forthcoming about it, we were surprised to be paying $1500 more than we expected to pay upon arrival. Expedia insisted it was on me, that I needed to "select Canada in my profile." They have my mailing/billing address as Canada and I was a Canadian looking up a hotel in Canada. This just seems shady to me. Might stay at the hotel again, but Expedia is on my last nerve at this point.
