We have paid for an apartment with bed, sofa, bathroom, TV and a balcony and when we arrived there was only available a room with a bed. No wifi, no TV, no balcony and the bathroom was in other room.
Finally, after claiming, we were changed the 4th day to the apartment we have paid. We had wifi only on the balcony... Of course, we do not receive any discount or compensation for this problem.
