Mala praxis del / bad practice from the hotel
I am very sad to give this really bad punctuation, but this is the 1st time that something like this happens to us. In summary, the problem is that you cannot advertise 8 square rooms with 1 bed PLUS a supplementary bed as a 2-person room. In other words, you cannot rent rooms that have space for 1 person as a 2-person room. In other words, you cannot install a supplementary bed permanently on a tinny room and suddently advertise them as a 2-person room. On top of that, the hotel staff proved incompetent in handling customers complaints. The only thing that we asked was their commitement that they at least would take a look at it. The hotels.com description is clearly misleading and they can very easily fix that. Instead, they decided to pretend that everything was correct. Absolutely, and I am the king of united states. Well done Lysekil, keeping the Swedish standards at the highest. ///////
(Castellano) Ojo con la reserva y mirar la letra pequena. Hay mala praxis del hotel ya que te venden habitaciones de 1 persona a las que ni cabe la cama supletoria como habitaciones de 2 personas. Luego quéjate, no tienen ningún interés en corregir nada y sus formas dejan muchísimo que desear.
