The owner of the condo clearly does a great job keeping the interior well maintained - everything was lovely inside the unit. However the building needed care. My husband and I have mobility issues and both elevators that serviced our building were out of order. 4 flights of stairs every time we wanted to go out to the beach or the pool or dinner? That was extremely difficult.
Before we checked in, I messaged the booking people when they sent me the link to the guest app, and let them know that we were driving down late Friday night. They assured me that there would be a security guard at the gate that would provide us access. There wasn't. We drove around the parking lot, trying to identify which building was the right one ( only 2 buildings of 6 or 7 are marked?) and trying to find anyone that could give us a parking tag. There were other guests also trying to find him.
The next day, the rest of the staff were super helpful & friendly, it was just a poor start to our weekend. It might be helpful if you put a map of the property on the guest app, then I could have found where our room was prior to driving around in the middle of the night.
