Overall very good but some fixes needed
This is overall an excellent hotel, near to the airport and easy accessibility to the city.
There is a wide food selection.
The breakfast selection is actually impressive in terms of range, quality and service.
There is local food, western and even a wide fruits and cheese selection well housed in a fridge.
Room service was not so good - wings are warm but chips r cold; added chicken to the Caesar salad but chicken was so dry; ordered the chicken and a portion of rice - in the end the chicken had rice on the side so I I had too much. Person on the call taking the order could have informed.
Check in requires improvement too - I am here for almost two weeks - I did inform clearly on the reservations - every time they said they would link the reservation, my room key does not work so I have to keep calling them. Then it is done again.
The rooms are large and clean with good AC , shower and bath tub.
Still a great choice but needs improvements on the areas with repeated service gaps.
