It's a great pub/hotel. I always stay there in the area (usually taking friends to climb Pendle Hill.) There's always a friendly welcome, good food, and the bedrooms are excellent
We loved our stay! The owners were fantastic. We stayed in the Parsonage View double room and it was super cute, comfortable and a decent amount of space. The breakfast was fantastic and everything in town was very close to walk to. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others
Zoe and Kieth are the consummate hosts. They have created a wonderful environment in a quiet and restful setting. The property is well located to all the sites that make The Dales so alluring.
Overall, just an outstanding experience!
The Craven Arms is the most welcoming, amazing pub we've been lucky to visit in the UK. The stories about the owners and the pub are amazing. The regulars were super welcoming and happy to share a few pints and swap stories. The food is excellent and services is great!
And then there are the shepherd huts, so cozy, I only wished I stayed longer. I'll certainly be back!
Margaret and Paula have created a beautiful, welcoming and warm home away from home. I felt so special. When I arrived and there was a freshly baked butterfly cake in my room and the second day a slice of fresh chocolate cake. The views and the property are stunning. I would describe it as a home way from home, but it’s better
Perfect location for walking and relaxing. Found some beautiful waterfalls. Loved the old doors that led into our rooms. The full English breakfast was great.
We loved the historic feel to the property, and the staff were very attentive and friendly.
As long as you understand this property is hundreds of years old, you will be in for a unique stay.
Very quiet location, we loved it.
My 3-night stay in January was nothing short of wonderful. My room was extremely well appointed and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. The restaurant food was excellent both for breakfast and dinner and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The location for me was great as I had family in Colne and we did some travelling to the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. This characterful hotel, built originally in 1725, is in the countryside' with a view of the famous...
Lovely stay in an even lovelier setting. Conveniently located in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. We arrived not knowing that this little village was used as the setting of the current “All Creatures Great and Small” television series but we can see why the producers selected the location.
As for the B&B, the room had the most comfortable bed we had ever experienced, a modern bathroom, and two of the friendliest hosts you will ever meet. My wife always had their full Yorkshire...
What a glorious stay for two nights! The breakfast was out of this world and carried us throughout the day. Excellent friendly hosts that we'd be thrilled to call our friends any day!
