"This was the worse experience I have ever had ! I can’t comment on room / amenities as I was informed upon landing that the hotel no longer had a room and there was nothing they could do. They kept me on hold for over 40 minutes. The end result was them me hanging up. I tried calling them back and no one would pick up. I then used my son’s phone and they answered right away and had little to say . The next day my credit card was charged ! I had to call several times for them to remove the charge...

"I only stayed overnight to catch an early morning flight out of Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I ate dinner at the restaurant, the food and service were excellent. I would recommend this hotel."

"The apartment was spotless and welcoming. The beds and linens were on a luxury level. The two bedroom we had was the perfect size, with large, clean bathrooms. While the building is situated uptown, 2nd street is a fairly quiet street with nice sidewalks for walking the dogs, or taking your own walk.
