"Beds sheets had stains when we arrived. The staff was great and changed them right away. 3 out of the 5 towels had stains on them. Yellow, red, brown stains. We asked for 5 new ones every day of our 4 days stay. And each day several of the towels had similar stains. The staff was great at getting us new ones. Homeless people in the area were everywhere."

I stayed with one other person for a four-night work trip and it was a great alternative to a hotel - bed and sofa were comfortable, toiletries were nice and everything was well provisioned to make your stay comfortable (the kitchen has basic implements and there's in-unit washer dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.) I'd stay here again in a heartbeat if I were in Phoenix for a work trip. "
