"The hotel was mostly good. However, the self service check-in was cumbersome and clunky, and needs to be improved. It took us a while, and later we watched a person taking about 20 minutes to complete the process."

"My only complaint is that I couldn't stay longer! What a lovely hotel, I found the staff to be kind and accommodating, just felt so welcome. The room was cozy, uber clean and loved being able to open a window and see the mountains ... such a joy!"

"The room was spacious and very clean. Staff were helpful and polite. The hotel is centrally located, not far from the station and we enjoyed our stay. There are a few steps up from street level to reception and a tiny lift from there to upper floors. Perhaps a difficulty for those who are less mobile."

"There is absolutely NO airflow in the rooms. They are designed to keep you warm, not cool. The still air was about 77F and unfortunately I am one of those travelers who needs either cool OR moving air (ie a fan blowing) otherwise I get very nauseous at night. I ended up getting sick and am still paying the price 3 days later as my vocal cords have not yet healed (no I was not drunk, this is a thing for some people when the body can’t expel heat). It is a great place for you if you do not mind still air, because the rest of the experience was exactly what we paid for."
