"The location is absolutely unmatched, rooms are steps away from the Caribbean ocean. The views are absolutely spectacular. Amenities and activities are minutes away from ferry rides to Isla Mujares, boat club, downtown etc. There is even a water park to kid the kiddos occupied. I like peace and quiet trips this one is not as party zoned like the sister branch, day trips are easier on my crowd meter tank they provide shuttles there. Easier access to the rest of Cancun you are on the edge, Puerto Juarez is a 8 min drive from the hotel Definitely going back good family budget trip "

Breakfasts are overpriced at the buffet, but the market will take care of you for a fraction of the price (still overpriced for what it is) We enjoyed Zama and Divino this time as well as taking an uber into Cancun for a few odd resort meals and to see some culture. Check out Parque las Palapas for some good authentic food options. "

"Beautiful beach! Great service , everyone of the staff were very friendly. Food was good , nothing amazing but good. They could improve on food that is grab and go. Everywhere you sit down and have a server. We would have loved to get a burger or a pizza and sit on the beach with it. But definitely worth going for the beach & pool!"
