"Hyatt Zilara is okay but seems to be isolated. There are little shopping shops around the hotel. Cars are rushing on the front road and it is hard and dangerous to come across the road over the crosswalk."

"Amazing 5-day vacation at the resort (5/5). Loved Kao and Capella restaurants for dinner as well as the buffet and Vibra restaurant for breakfast. 2-bedroom suite was awesome with three bathrooms. Whole family satisfied. Pools and bars were great. Only issue is the amount of seaweed on the beach but still wouldn’t stop me from returning 😀"

"We had a great view of the ocean and the lagoon. The room was very clean! The food and drinks were amazing. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We pent a lot of our time by the pool and beach. Overall I would highly recommend Secrets The Vine!!! "

"This was our second time staying at the InterContinental Presidente Cancun Resort By IHG. The view was breathtakingly beautiful and peaceful, the property is clean and comfortable, and the staff is amazing! They are kind, friendly, engaging, and willing to speak in English and Spanish as your language skills/comfort allow. My 14 year old American daughter would love to see more food and dining options. But, I was content eating at the restaurant on the beach daily. Five stars across the board!...

"Great resort, extremely friendly staff! Shout out Eddy from Bar Two! Pool and beach area are very nice. Room was excellent with always stocked fridge by the staff. Some of the food was a miss but we loved the brick oven pizza, Italian restaurant, and steak restaurant. Much older crowd which isn’t a bad thing but if you are young expect to be around an older crowd."

"If you are on budget it is okay but be prepared to a very old facility built in the 60's and not renovated. Appliances are from the same time period and often fail to work. It is very conveniently located and the pool is cozy and clean. Communication with the hotel is impossible. Tried calling for days without an answer. Same calling reception. Just being fair... I love Cancun!"

"Beautiful condo, very clean. On a very busy road, but you get used to the road sounds easily. Inma was a great host, provided us with extra cleaning during our 12 day stay. Be aware that there is 703A that we stayed at with full kitchen living room 2 bathrooms and bedroom. There is also 703B that is only room with bathroom. I think some people were confused when booking."
