I’ve had my share of generic business hotel stays, but Rye 115 was something else entirely. At first glance, it was an older guesthouse with beautiful, spacious rooms, bathrooms separate from room and plenty of shared rooms and dining room for socializing with other travelers. My age set are so used to using AirBnB at this point that we have forgotten the possible benefits of staying in a cozy hostel with proprietors who know all the guests each night. We were supposed to show up at 10 pm but due to train delays, arrived at 5 am! Was nice that they have a 24-hour attendant. The staff at check-in and check-out were awesome!
Stayed here during fashion week. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The kitchen has everything you need. I also used the laundry room. The food was good for dinner at the restaurant. I did want more options for lunch so I didn’t eat then. There’s a grocery store just downstairs from the hotel. It has everything you could need. I did have to Uber to the places I needed to go which was around $25 one-way for 3 miles but they do have bikes you can rent. I’ll be back!

Let's be clear about this hotel... it is right across the street from the airport and a 4 minute walk. The reason we booked it for our last night was our 6:30am flight out of Denmark. They also have a grab-n-go breakfast starting at 3am for those super early flights. They have auto-checkin through a machine that scans your information and spits out your room key such that I didn't even meet any staff. The room itself was basic but clean. Stayed at Coco Hotel for 5 nights during a solo trip. Always felt safe and comfortable in my room. I had a 3rd floor room facing the street which had pretty views and was only loud on Saturday night (lots of foot traffic and fireworks at nearby Tivoli) aside from the occasional scream from passersby. This was the perfect spot for a quick overnight in Copenhagen to take advantage of long SAS layover. Really close to train, very clean, safe, and clean Danish design. Loved the helpful staff and easy bike rental. Couldn’t have asked for better in a very expensive city.
