Nice location and helpful staff. Unfortunately I dont remember her name, but the lady from Romania in the fromt desk was great and very nice with us. The wifi is very bad, keeps disconnecting every 2 minutes and not possible to reconnect after 10 minutes. The hotel charges for everything. No place to keep luggages, only in the basement but through extra expensive charges. The room was not very clean, it was obvious the corners are very dusty.

Room is small but all you need for somewhere to sleep! Bed only made with one single duvet and pillow but found others in drawer under bed. The bar is nice with a decent choice and good coffee. Staff were very helpful. We had the app to use for the lift and room key but it did keep glitching so would advise to turn off WiFi and use data as the WiFi wouldn’t always load out the room. Enjoyed our stay and would go again if in Copenhagen as in a good location to reach station/Tivoli and centre.

Very conveniently located for the Central Station with accessible bedrooms. We had a 4 night stay and the hotel was very quiet at night. We were on 3rd floor at the back of the hotel. There are no kettles in the room but you can request hot water in a cup at Reception. Also there are no irons in the rooms but an ironing room in the basement. It served it's purpose but after a long day travelling with a small bag only using packing cubes I'd have preferred one in the room! The hairdryer is fixed in the bathroom but has 2 speeds. We had breakfast every day as it worked out as £11 each which was good value compared to food prices in a cafe etc. The staff were very helpful and polite but we did find the charge to recieve the wheelchair we'd ordered for my husband unusual. We'd stay there again as its very near the boardwalk for the water and nice flat walks into the centre. There is also a Netto round the corner and a large shopping centre is about a 15 minute walk too. The panoramic view from breakfast on the q0th floor was lovely!

Really conveniently down the road from the main station. There's secure lockers in the basement to store your case if you get there early (cost around £5/6 for 4 hours, they also offer 1 hour or a day rate). Easy to check in and use the app as your key card or you can get a physical key too at reception. The rooms are as pictured / as small as you'd expect - no space for cases - absolutely fine as a solo traveller but not if there's more of you. You only get one small pillow per person. The toilet and sink were spotless but the shower absolutely needs a deep clean - I didn't want to use it. Room has heating but I ended up switching it off - hotel is pretty warm on its own, was comfortable to sleep. TV has a couple of news channels to watch but you can mirror. Although not much space in the room would like to see a recycle bin somewhere in the hotel. Some sandwiches and drinks available to buy by reception but not much. I found a local shop and Lidl to buy water etc otherwise around the main station they want £3/4 for drinks and small snacks. Absolutely fine for a short stay - just give the showers a good clean and maintenance.

The room was quite small but you get what you paid for, and I stayed there only one night. It was quiet and peaceful but the bed was too soft for me. The biggest drawback was that the WiFi was unstable and for long times unavailable. The breakfast was a good value for money, and I strongly recommend taking one there. It is also very conveniently located a short walk from the main train station and at a reasonable distance from main attractions.

This is a very, very basic hotel when it comes to the rooms. My room was the tiniest I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was very tiny too. But it was nice, comfortable and clean place to stay one night. And certainly much cheaper than other options in this nice location.
