"The Orchid House Jungle was a very nice place for our family to stay in Tulum. We had 2 adults and 3 children in a 3 bedroom villa. The pool in the room was great along with the upstairs pool at the bar. The best part of our stay was working the staff to help schedule our vacation and get around town. Frank was extremely helpful in getting groceries, setting up transportation, and making sure we had everything needed at all times."

"Best place to stay in Tulum! Gorgeous place. Had a fridge, stove, microwave, air conditioner in both rooms, two TV’s, high speed wifi, bikes to rent for the day for cheap! The top pool is so fun. Legit spent so much time on the top deck in the water and sun! Super kind people. They went above & beyond and really care about their guests. I’ll 100% be coming back, a dream place truly. It’s a rare find, don’t miss this gem! Best trip of my life thank you Kiki!"

"My husband and I loved our stay here! The property was stunning, clean and well kept. I was worried about not having direct beach access but the shuttle service to their own private beach club was seamless and readily available. There are lots of large pools to choose from as well. The food was outstanding, especially for an all inclusive resort. There are lots of restaurant options and surprisingly, our meal at the French restaurant was our favorite!"

"Orchid House Jungle hotel was a great choice for our 4 day stay. Far enough away to not be bothered by droves of people, close enough to bike, scooter, or taxi to plenty of activities. The staff was helpful, genuine, and thoughtful. Frank our main contact listened to our needs/wants and absolutely had great suggestions and personalized our stay. Jose the primary bartender whipped up delicious Mezcal drinks and sweet Jamacia (Hibiscus drink) while also suggesting cenotes and places to visit. The included breakfast was pretty and was a good start to the day. The jungle vibes were picturesque and although we saw other couples, it felt like we had the hotel to ourselves with the personal service and peaceful vibes. We even had free beach & cabana access to the sister location Orchid Beach Hotel. Highly recommend!"

"They do not have a pool .. It's only a soaking tub on top floor!! Extremely disappointing for me as I wanted to swim in a pool the entire vacation.. Also, you can't do laundry yourself.. Which I don't like!! The housekeeper's can but the fee is 25 U.S. Stuff was extremely friendly.. Be aware you can't swim in the ocean do to sargassum it smells and it is everywhere, Tulum and Cancun... Tulum is very expensive also.."
