"Unfortunately Ayoub couldn’t contact me so we got very lost finding the entrance to the riad. Google maps was very unhelpful. I would suggest a welcome message is sent in advance to guests asking to confirm their contact details for direction advice and arrival time etc as well as notifying guests that they need to give some notice if they want the hotel to arrange guide/transport. "We had a wonderful stay at Riad Ibn Khaldoun. The staff were very responsive and took great care of us. Location is excellent very close to market streets and easy access to taxis as well. The property is clean and well maintained and a fine example of a typical Fez residence from centuries ago. The food was also excellent, both breakfast and dinners. The roof top area has nice views of the Medina. "
